This furnished shared-home setting is for independent seniors and veterans ages 55 and older seeking an affordable, respectful, community-oriented place to live. Monthly rent is $850 per bed for a shared room, or $900 per bed for a shared room with an attached bathroom. Private rooms are available upon request. The home is available in December.

This is an independent shared-living home. It does not provide assisted living, skilled nursing, medication management, personal care, transportation, or 24-hour supervision. Residents are expected to manage their own daily needs and follow the shared-home expectations.

Completing this form places you on our Interest List only. It does not guarantee housing, reserve a bed, or create a lease agreement. Qualified applicants will be contacted as availability is confirmed.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account information, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other sensitive personal information on this form.
